Jump Automations is my practice. I design and build the systems that service businesses and premium brands actually run on.
I started JMPSHFT in 2016 as a design shop. Over the years, the work evolved from brand identity and print into web applications, automation, and AI integration. The clients changed too. The ones I kept coming back to were service-based businesses that had outgrown their tools but couldn't afford (or didn't need) a full agency or dev team.
In 2026, I consolidated everything under Jump Automations. The products I had built on the side, MaileyAI and Snailmail and SigForge, stopped being separate brands and became releases. The client work continued alongside them. Everything now runs on one model: consult the problem, educate the team, implement the solution.
I'm based in Dallas, TX. I work directly with every client. No account managers, no project coordinators. You talk to the person building your system.
